The pedagogical concept of our educational and care facility is based on the professional requirements and objectives of the Hessian Education Plan (2007).
Under the motto “Children to the fore”, all children with their needs, resources, and strengths are accepted, accompanied, and individually supported in our educational and care facility.
Each child brings different experiences, skills, and abilities and shows different needs, which we respond to with understanding. Respect determines our daily actions. An individually coordinated familiarisation phase, a transparent daily routine, and fixed reference persons give the children security and orientation. The children are accompanied according to their age and their stage of development, the prepared environment, and the situation-oriented approach create the appropriate framework for this.
